1. About these terms
These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, through our mobile app or in our store. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Prices
All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). The price shown is the price you pay, plus any delivery charge shown at checkout. An invoice is issued for every order.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed once we accept it and, for bank transfers, once payment is received.
- We accept payment by bank transfer only.
- Please use your order number as the transfer reference.
- We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, and will refund any payment made.
4. Delivery
Physical products are delivered in Malé, Hulhumalé and Villimalé by our own team, and to other islands by ferry, speedboat or cargo boat. Delivery times to islands depend on transport schedules and weather. Risk passes to you once the goods are handed to you or to the transport operator you nominate.
5. Digital products
Digital products are delivered as a download link once your payment is confirmed. Because digital products cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once downloaded unless the file is faulty.
6. Skincare advice
Our product descriptions and recommendations are general guidance, not medical advice. Always patch-test new products and check the ingredient list if you have allergies or sensitive skin.
7. Returns and refunds
- Unused physical products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
- If a product causes a reaction, stop using it and contact us — we will help you find an alternative.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
8. Privacy
We use your name, phone number, email and address only to process orders and, if you agree, to send offers by SMS or email. You can opt out at any time.
